This hotel is ideally located for quick access to the metro and city attractions. The large rooms offer comfort, and the staff is genuinely helpful, providing valuable directions and advice. Breakfast options were plentiful and fresh, setting a great tone for the day.

the hotel is well-maintained with modern rooms. they serve fab food, have plenty of options to choose from.

Central heating, an iron, and coffee/tea making facilities inside the triple room were handy. The hotel's position was good, really close to a park, public transportation, restaurants as well as a nice area of Quincy.

Unattended room cleaning after the first night!!! A leaking sink that never got fixed!!! It's disappointing when basic maintenance goes overlooked!!!

Ideal for out of town Boston & getting in on the Red "T" line, good exercise walking to the nearest station (Wollaston) nearby good coffee, beer & wine and pharmacy - 10 minutes in safe locality (even at night).

For the next few months you are staying next to a major building site for a new middle school. Serious, if nor wicked, noise, dust and the usual building site activity.

its not far location from the center of Boston. Quiet area a plus.

The room in the old part of the hotel was not clean enough, smell of mold in the room, visible mold spots on the ceiling. Too many guests under influence of drugs!!!!

I had a great stay for 2 nights! The breakfast was diverse and generous. The pillows were softer than most hotels, making for comfy nights. Everything felt clean and fresh.

The bathroom could use some updates but it was clean. Try to ask for a room away from the noisy street.

Nothing to do with motel -- location convenient for subway.

Everything. Staff unfriendly, no coffee-maker in room, noisy guests not spoken to by staff, no decent restaurants within several miles, poor bedside lighting, etc., etc,

The cost and location near Boston.

The reservation I had for the King size bed and jacuzzi was not honored. The breakfast was scant.

The Queen Room with Two Queen Beds was cozy, and I loved the flat-screen HDTV and mini-refrigerator. The staff was super friendly and gave great local dining suggestions. Plus, the free breakfast had plenty of tasty options each morning.

The room was spacious, clean and comfortable, generous comfortable desk on which to work. Electrical was wonderful: Bright overhead lighting, plenty of outlets. Furniture was old, but clean and comfortable. Had the impression that someone is really trying hard to make this a good place to stay.

We were appalled at the outside appearance and location; asked to see the room before accepting our reservation. We were shown to a second-floor room, told "only a couple of steps." It was a full double flight of stairs, and our suitcases were heavy. Also, I had occasion to go down to the car after dark, and the light over the stairs was out. No elevator.

Room was clean ( besides the stains in the carpet, curtains and dirty windows) Close to the train and free parking.

I will not come back here. - it felt unsafe - started with the receptionist sitting behind glass - like at a bank. - it felt dirty because of the old interior full of stains and host not looking very clean. - did take breakfast elsewhere - nice all american diner in Quincy.

The young man at check-in was super friendly and gave us an excellent dinner recommendation along with a map to help us get to the train for our trip to boston. The location was convenient for exploring the area.
